Do you ship to where I live?

Anywhere in the physical world that DHL, Fedex, Airmail would reach. The time of receival depends though.

How can I pay?

We currently have 3 ways to do so.

  1. Local bank transfer - for Thai residence

  2. Rabbit Linepay - Debit and credit card through VISA, Mastercard, JCB and any other Thai payment connected to it.

  3. Anything Paypal

After ordered were placed, when will I recieve the goods?

Time of receival varies due to your location. For local it mostly takes 1-3 days. International takes 3-21 days.

GENERAL STORE POLICY

  • We want you to love our creations as much as we do! All of our products are handmade, the actual pieces may vary slightly in color and size from the images shown online and may also have slight imperfections. They are all unique and different and are part of the charm of a handmade item. We strive to provide the most accurate information about each of it as much as possible; the decision to own it is always right, but please make sure that you have carefully read the descriptions and viewed the images of each item before placing an order.

  • All orders are dealt with on an individual basis. We are unable to supply any goods on a sale or return basis and all orders are accepted on receipt of full payment by pro forma. All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. Please note that all sales are final.

  • Prices: Prices do not include carriage, freight, insurance or any import taxes and are subject to alteration without notice. Deliveries to

  • Third parties: Where deliveries are made to third parties (curtain makers, upholsterers, decorators etc) on the instructions of the customer, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the correct product is received. Mistakes in labeling can happen. Once cut or handed onto a third party we cannot accept responsibility for any errors which occasionally do occur. Also, no claims will be accepted in respect of any cost making up.

  • Only if your item is damaged by the carrier, it will be eligible for a refund.
    If the item is still available, we will send you the new one.
    If the item is out of stock, we will ask you to choose a new one or refund accordingly.

    We will ask for prove - photos, date and time of recieval, then contact the carrier to claim.
    It may take sometime, usually within 2 weeks, to get your refund.

POLICIES

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can only be cancelled if the package has not yet been shipped, or a shipping label has not yet been issued.

If we receive your cancellation request before we have shipped your package, you will be notified via email that your order has been cancelled and you will receive a refund - deducted processing fee from payment platform (if any). The refund will appear in your account approximately 5 to 10 business days after the order is cancelled.
